A tailored support and maintenance plan for ecommerce platforms including WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Square Online. This plan is designed for businesses needing ongoing support with managing storefront content, product catalogs, integrations, and third-party tools.


Product & Catalog Updates

  • Add or update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SKUs
  • Manage product variants and categories
  • Assist with bulk import/export using CSVs or product management tools
  • Update inventory, shipping settings, or tax configurations

Site Content & Layout Edits

  • Homepage and promotional content updates
  • Seasonal banners or slider content swaps
  • Edits to store policies, FAQ, and other static pages
  • Navigation or menu changes

Third-Party App & Vendor Coordination

  • Configure or support shipping and fulfillment integrations
  • Assist with payment gateways (Stripe, Square, Shopify Payments, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot plugin/app issues or coordinate with support vendors
  • Inventory feed or warehouse sync coordination (when supported)

Analytics & Marketing Pixel Support

  • Add or troubleshoot tracking for GA4, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Configure Google Tag Manager containers
  • Ensure compatibility with consent banner solutions (cookie notices, GDPR tools)

Platform Oversight

  • Review SSL status, domain configuration, redirect rules, and admin access
  • Coordinate support requests with hosting or ecommerce platform support teams
  • Advise on theme or storefront layout tools within your platform
  • Update DNS records as needed for domain verification, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, email platforms), and external tools like payment gateways or shipping providers

  • WooCommerce sites fall under the terms of the standard WordPress SLA.
  • Non-WordPress platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Square Online) will receive a platform-specific service outline instead of the standard SLA.
  • This plan does not include custom development or advanced API programming.
  • Services are limited by platform functionality and access granted to PXM.
